The term “personal data” refers to the definition in Art. 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“Basic Data Protection Regulation” or “DSGVO”) of all data that is personally identifiable to the visitor to our website or the user of our mobile app. This includes, for example, name, address, e-mail addresses and user behaviour.

What personal information do you collect when you use our websites or application?

If you contact us via the contact form on our website if you require assistance, we will collect information on how we can contact you and your concerns. In order to provide you with free access to our app, we work with both direct advertisers and third party advertising networks to understand how you interact with the advertisements in the app. Our advertising partners and networks may make use of information collected by the App, including but not limited to the specific device ID of your mobile device and your telephone number.
In addition, we may receive information about you from App Providers when system or service failures are corrected.

When do we collect information?

We collect your information when you visit our website, create an account, enter information into our app, fill out a form, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, request support or provide feedback about our services.

What happens to your information?

Your information is needed to increase the efficiency of our service. This means in concrete terms:

Do we collect accurate real-time location information from your mobile device?

Our application does not collect accurate real-time location information from your mobile device.

How we use cookies

Our mobile app uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the user’s computer system. When a user visits a website, a cookie can be stored on the user’s operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic string of characters that enables the browser to be uniquely identified when the website is called up again.
